Maintenance issues being addressed.

Our community has been a buzz lately with numerous maintenance issues being addressed.

  • The leaking water pipe at the entry has been taken care of.
  • The irrigation systems are back in working order.
  • The mailbox refurbishment project is complete.
  • The front curbs and brick monument signs have been pressure washed.
  • The berm on Eagle Ridge Dr. is scheduled to be cleaned out and trimmed November 12.
  • Trimming and mulching at the front and three cul-de-sacs is also scheduled to be completed next week.
  • The plexiglass for the community sign in the front center island has been ordered, and will soon be replaced.
  • Our pest control company, LaRue, is aware of the diseased Sago palms at the entrance and in one of the cul-de-sacs and they are treating it in hopes that they can eradicate it.
  • We are currently working with Comcast & Mastec to see what can be done about the painting on the sidewalks and roads.
  • We are also currently working to get bids for painting the metal bars at the front monument signs, fixing/repairing/grinding some areas of the sidewalks that have become a tripping hazard and having some of the tree limbs trimmed in our entrance.
  • In the future, we will also look at the costs involved in restoring the front entry signs, replacing the flag pole, and possibly in phases (due to the expense) converting mulched areas to rocks.
